Shades is a cyber thief, who forms partnership or alliances with people smarter than himself. His new pruner Cheryl, is an MIT whiz kid who has taken down major foreign governments. Shades follows her every key stroke trying to keep up… until he sees his IP address mixed into the code. He finally figures out, that this busty Asian beauty is not working with him. It's a setup. She stealing a shit load of money and she was make him the fall guy. He goes into a rage, but Cheryl has his gun. He wrestles with her for the weapon, but they're well matched and the fight sway back and forth, until she overpowers him, using a rope to strangle him. He strikes her in the face and uses the rope to strangle her to death.
