After she returns, together with higher rank slave they place lower rank slave on the chair with handcuffs for her execution. After the slave is placed correctly The Guard orders higher rank slave to put the bag and keep it. After some time she orders to release it. Higher rank slave explains that that's because lower rank slave was not obedient enough so this must be more painful. This put-release sequence should happen three times. After that the Guard orders to put the bag permanently using lower slave's belt. She instructs higher rank slave how to do this properly. Higher rank slave should choke lower rank slave with this belt and the Guard should supervise this process and give "how to" orders. With her toes she is able to make the back of her flats slip back on. But as squeezes harder, and her body starts to go into spasms, her toes move causing the back of her shoe to slip on and off. Her tongue comes out far. She tries to call for help, but only gags come out of her mouth, since no air is passing through. As he squeezes harder, her eyes rolls back as the throat cartilage of the throat gives in and breaks. Her toes spread forward causing the flats to come off and just dangle from her toes, then a sickening crunch is heard as the demon finishes her by breaking her neck vertebrae. Her body relaxes at the same time a faint gurgle comes out of her mouth. The shoes fall off, and the soles of her feet and body relax, with her toes twitching a bit. Her eyes are open and her tongue hangs by the side. After, the demon sits her on couch, straightens her head and poses her by putting her shoes on, and crossing her legs. The leg that is over and has the foot dangling, he pulls the heel cup of the shoe a bit so that the shoe is left dangling from the toe. He grabs a magazine and puts it on her lap and places her hands on the sides so that it looks like she is grabbing it. The demon struggles a bit to keep her head straight since it flips around due to the neck being broken. Finally he points her face down as if she would be reading the magazine place on her lap. The hair hides her distorted dead stare. The other girl, comes back and tells her that she doesn’t know what’s going on with the thermostat, since it’s still cold. She doesn’t answer. She looks at her, and calls her again. No answer. She touches her shoulder and shakes her a bit and her head tilts backward and to the side, with faint cracklings heard from the broken bones of her neck, and revealing her death stare. The face pale, and the neck bruised from the pressure and bone breaking in the neck. The shoe that was dangling from the toe falls off. She puts both hands on her mouth in disbelief and as she turns around to go to the phone to call the police, she runs into the demon who grabs her by the throat with one hand. He starts to lift her up slowly. Her feet leave the floor. Her mules managing to stay on her feet but struggling to stay on. It was the sheer will of her toes that would keep those shoes on. Her gags keep coming out of her mouth as he squeezes harder, her face turning red first, her tongue coming out and her eyes opening wide. Her hands squeeze his arm to no avail. She suddenly sees what looks like a long and thin knife in front of her face. Since she can’t talk she shakes her head to plead with him not to kill her. The ice pick enters her open mouth and pierces the back of her throat and through the back of her brain. Her eyes roll back, her hands let go of his forearms and her arms flop to the side. Gurgles come out of her mouth and a little bit of blood trickles from her side of the mouth. Her feet relax in the air, and gravity takes a hold of her shoes. They simply slip off and fall off revealing her soles since her toes have no force anymore. A little twitches of her toes, and then her feet relax totally as the gurgles subside. He sits her on the couch also with her feet resting on the coffee table. He rests the feet of the other girl again in the coffee table. Both next to each other with their eyes open and tongues out. The demon grabs the head of one of them head from both sides and twists it so hard that the head goes around 180 degrees. A sickening crunch is heard. Her dead toes spread in reaction and relax. The demon gives the head another twist, causing the toes again to spread and wiggle, the crunch sounds again accompanied by a gushing sound of flesh and sinue being teared. As her head is tored off her dead body, her toes then relax. Then with the same long knife he stabbed the woman through the mouth, he grabs the other girl’s hair, pulls head back exposing her throat and starts to cut the throat of her corpse. Though she’s dead faint gags come out of her dead mouth, and her toes twitch. He cuts deeper, and as the knife reaches the bone, he drops knife, grabs her head and twists it around. Her toes spread and then relax. A noise of flesh tearing is heard along with crackling sounds of the neck vertebrae breaking. Twisting her head off like a bottle cap. The demon leaves their heads next to their headless corpses. Both corpses posed with soles propped up in the coffee table.  Cannibals 4

She then goes to her wardrobe and picks out an elegant, low-cut evening dress and underwear (including elegant, low-cut bra) ready for an evening at the opera. She removes her business clothes and underwear, and puts on her new underwear. Judi sits in front of a mirror, takes off her glasses and does her make-up for her evening at the opera. Then she puts on her evening dress and her glasses. She arranges her hair - it is still up but with a few carefully placed strands hanging down. Finally, she puts on dangling earrings. As she is giving herself a final check in the mirror she hears a noise and goes to check what caused it. Standing there is a figure in a hockey or Halloween mask. There is a look of absolute shock on her face. The intruder pulls out a cord. Judi's expression turns to fear. The intruder moves towards her. From his POV we see her terrified face as he approaches. "Oh God no, please no" she cries. When he is in front of her she lashes out and knocks him off balance. She runs to her front door. As she begins to turn the handle the intruder appears behind her. The film goes into slow motion. Judi reacts in horror as she sees the cord appear in front of her and then in total surprise as it wraps around her throat. The film returns to normal speed as Judi struggles violently, trying to loosen the cord, clawing at the killer's arms (he is still behind her). We see close-ups and medium close-ups of her face as it contorts in agony, desperation and wide-eyed surprise, her mouth wide open and tongue protruding from time to time. During the struggle her bra is exposed, and later one of her breasts falls out. The killer swivels Judi round and pins her against a wall. Again we see his POV as Judi looks at him, her eyes pleading for mercy. He lifts her off the ground (if possible), her legs kicking. Her dress falls to the floor and both her breasts have now fallen out of her bra. After a long struggle she begins to weaken. Her arms fall to her side and they and her legs begin twitching, she looks at her killer in terror and disbelief. Her eyes bulge even wider and her mouth is gaping open in a final expression of shock and disbelief as she realises that there is no more breath, that this is the moment of her death. She is cross eyed and her tongue is fully extended. Her body twitches a few times and goes limp. The killer slowly lowers her to the floor. He carries her to a chair (or bed) and places her upright, her head supported so that she is staring straight ahead, her eyes wide and cross-eyed in total surprise, her tongue fully extended. He removes her bra and panties and stands looking at her. He hears the front door open, takes Judi’s bra and goes to hide. Annabelle enters the flat. She is dressed for the opera in an elegant dress and hair and make up. She calls out: “Hello, are you ready?” There is no answer. She goes into the bathroom and checks herself in the mirror. Suddenly, in the mirror she sees a figure appear behind her. She only has time to gasp in surprise before the killer wraps Judi’s bra round her throat. Her eyes bulge in shock, she struggles violently, clawing at her neck. The killer forces her to look at her own reflection in the mirror, her face contorted in wild cross eyed expressions of struggle, terror and disbelief, her mouth wide open, gasping and moaning loudly. Her own hand , clawing desperately, pulls her dress off one shoulder, exposing her bra. As she struggles her naked breast falls out of the bra. Annabelle fights hard but the killer pulls even tighter and her eyes bulge even wider, even more cross eyed, her tongue fully extended. There is fear in her eyes as she realises she is losing the fight. She gives one last gurgle and goes limp, cross eyed, tongue protruding. The killer keeps her upright, pulls off the other shoulder of her dress so that it falls to the floor and surveys her body (one breast still in her bra) and dead expression in the mirror. He carries her to the bedroom and places her body next to Judi’s. He removes her bra and panties, Judi’s bra is still wrapped around her neck. She is placed upright, head supported so that she is staring straight ahead, like Judi. The killer produces a piece of paper and places it on one of the bodies. On it is written one word: “DIVAS”. The next scene, the killer has taken her to his torture chamber. He lays her body out on the a procedure table. He then ties her hands above her head and then ties her feet. When she’s laying on the table the tank top is short and lifts up just a little showings little of her belly. She’s still knocked out. He takes some scissors and cuts the tank top off first. Views of her belly as the shirt is cut away. He then cuts of her panties. She wakes up and starts to struggle some. She asks the killer what is going to happen to her. He tells her that he is in the black market organ trading business and he needs some organs to sale. He tells her that he’s going to gut her like a fish. He runs his finger down her belly as he tells her that he’s going to gut her. She tries to get free but can’t. He then chloroform’s her with a rag. She struggles as he holds the rag over her mouth and goes unconscious again. He feels her belly and examines it. He plays with her belly button some. The killer puts on a surgical mask, gown and gloves. He gets his scalpel. He slides it up and down her belly. He circles her navel with the blade but doesn’t cut her just yet. He then starts his surgery on her. The cut starts at her sternum. He slowly slides the scalpel down the middle of her belly. He has to work the scalpel a little bit to cut through her belly button. Good shots of the belly as it’s cut open. Overhead views as well. He finishes he incision just a above her crotch. She’s still unconscious. He takes both his hands and opens up her belly. He sticks his hands in at her navel. He digs around in her gut and starts to pull out her intestines. She doesn’t wake up because she’s drugged. As he’s gutting her, she squirms a little bit doesn’t fully wake up. Blood starts to come out her mouth as she’s being gutted. Once all her guts are out he takes out her liver and kidneys. He puts all her organs including guts in a cooler to sale to his dealer. The killer is not done with Bella’s body yet. He closes her belly back up And cleans the blood off her belly. He has a dealer who wants the body. He calls and says that she’s ready. The movie ends with views of Bellas body laying on the table ready to be taken. Lots of views of her belly.
