A young neighbor girl is house-sitting when the owner comes home early. The man over twice her age implies that he wants to have sex with her. She rejects him and he punches her; she drops to the floor unconscious. He sets her up in a chair and wraps a leather strap around her neck, then around a post. He uses a dowel to twist it tight.
